Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website aurisk.io (the «Site») and the associated self-assessment platform, available at aurisk.streamlit.app (the «Platform»). Accessing the Site and the Platform grants the status of user and implies acceptance of the terms set out here.

Activity

Aurisk is a platform that allows organizations to carry out an AI-guided self-assessment of their compliance level against various certification standards (including ISO/IEC 27001). Based on the results of the assessment, the user may request to be put in contact with Aurisk Consulting, an activity carried out by the site owner, who is certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor by AENOR, for the purpose of conducting an official audit.

Aurisk is not an accredited certification body. Results obtained on the Platform are a preliminary guidance tool and do not, by themselves, constitute an official certification, nor do they replace an audit carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant certification scheme.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site (text, design, graphics, logos, source code and other elements) are the property of the owner or of third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Access and use conditions

Access to the Site is free of charge. Use of the Platform may require prior registration and, where applicable, activation of certain plans in accordance with the terms published on the «Pricing» page. The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and the Platform, and not to use them for purposes contrary to the law, morality, public order or the rights of third parties.

Disclaimer of liability

The owner does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Site or the Platform, and is not liable for damages arising from lack of availability or access failures, without prejudice to reasonable measures being taken to prevent and, where applicable, remedy them.

Results generated by the Platform are based on automated assessments carried out using artificial intelligence on the evidence provided by the user, and are guidance in nature only. The owner assumes no liability for decisions made by the user based solely on these results.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be subject to the courts that correspond under applicable consumer protection law, or otherwise to the courts of the owner’s domicile.
